I also ask that everyone outfit themselves with the proper equipment and attire. I have seen soldiers cut down, not because of superior numbers or faulty equipment, but because they did not possess an appropriate amount of bullets. Sharpen your blades, pack extra ammunition, test your clothing to ensure that it does not hamper your movement, and put on appropriate footwear. I realize that this should not need to be stated. I also realize that common sense can be easily overlooked in times of emergency.

Shinra, please return to your quarters and outfit yourself properly. If you return wearing even a speck of white, I shall escort you back upstairs and personally help you choose something else. This is not a social function. This is war. Treat it as such.

I find this sudden trend toward sickness to be disturbing. Either there are many who are breaking the laws and incurring the wrath of the other Avatars, or there is some kind of virus spreading across the city. If the cause is the former, it is as it should be. If it is the latter...

After many days, I left the mansion to take a much needed walk. The last thing I expected to find was a body lying haphazardly across the road. Judging from the wounds, there can be no question that the man was murdered.

Whoever has information regarding this man's death, I ask you to come forward. I would know the identity of the murderer.

There is something wrong with the inhabitants of this city. In less than an hour, I was accosted seventeen times by strangers proclaiming their love, adoration, affection, and sexual interest. While still unacceptable, such behavior was understandable when I was in the army. Now it is baffling and a little disturbing.
